“If I don’t do it, it won’t get done.”

Sometimes that’s true.

And sometimes, as Pastor Kip puts it, that’s just ego wearing work boots.

In Day 3 of this week’s 5x5 Daily Devotion, we look at the tension between carrying our own responsibilities and allowing others to help carry our burdens.

Delegating isn’t abandoning responsibility. Asking for help isn’t weakness. And sometimes refusing to let someone help actually keeps them from using the gifts God has given them.

So here’s the harder question:
